Slowly, the perfume industry has also adapted to this change and contributed handfully. You might have heard this term for the first time or you might have heard it but most of us don’t have full information about it.

Natural or organic perfumes are the ones made with natural ingredients. The essential oils used in perfume composition are taken from natural resources. So, if the perfumer next time says it contains the only natural rose in it then trust him because it is true. Apart from these, alcohol-free perfumes do not contain chemicals in any form so you don’t have to worry about them in any way.

How to Make Organic Perfume at Home?

If you want to make natural perfume at home you will require a few ingredients and they are mentioned below.

  • Base/ Carrier Oil
  • Two empty perfume bottles
  • Essential Oils
  • Water

For making alcohol free perfume at home, you need to start with an empty bottle. Pour in some carrier and base oil to it. Add in a few drops of essential oils according to the preference of your fragrance. Determine the top, middle and bottom notes. After that, shake it and let it sit for 2 days to 1 week depending on how strong you want your organic perfume to be. Once you are satisfied with the scent add in some plain water and mix it. Lastly, convert it to a spray bottle and use it.
